Frequently asked questions.

How far ahead should I book?

For weddings and large events, two to three months. For smaller events, two to three weeks. We will always tell you honestly if a date is still open.

What does it cost?

Between GHS 120 and GHS 300 per head depending on the menu, inclusive of VAT. Send us your date and guest numbers and we will quote the actual figure.

How do I secure my date?

A 70% deposit confirms the booking and holds the date. The balance is due on the event day before service begins. Nothing is held without a deposit — we are not able to turn other work away on a verbal booking.

What if my guest numbers change?

Tell us up to seven days before and we will re-quote. Inside seven days we can usually add guests but cannot reduce the price, because the food is already bought.

Do you travel outside Accra?

Yes, quoted separately depending on distance.

Can we taste the food first?

For events above 150 guests, yes — we arrange a tasting once the deposit is paid.

Do you provide chairs, canopies and décor?

Yes, as an extra. It is usually cheaper through us than sourcing it yourself.

Are you registered and licensed?
